Trump administration asks Supreme Court to lift TRO restricting racial profiling in roving immigration patrols in Los Angeles

The Trump administration has been employing roving patrols in immigration enforcement operations in Los Angeles.  Immigrations operations continue, including one earlier this week.  The Ninth Circuit stayed a temporary restraining order prohibiting immigration officers’ reliance on apparent ancestry, what some might call racial profiling in immigration enforcement.
